Director of Sales and Growth

Department: Sales
Location: Seattle, WA

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Growth to lead occupancy and revenue performance across Horizon House’s Independent Living and Assisted Living communities, including the landmark West Tower expansion, a 33-story, 202-apartment high-rise opening in 2029. The West Tower recently secured approximately $600 million in bonds from 35 investors, marking one of the largest nonprofit senior living financings to date. This project will increase Independent Living homes at Horizon House from 377 to 529.

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll own the full sales lifecycle, build and sustain a high-performing, accountable sales engine, shape strategy, strengthen pipelines, and accelerate conversions, all while aligning execution with financial goals and long-term growth.

If you’re ready to lead at a senior level, improve systems, and deliver measurable results in a mission-driven environment, this role offers the ideal blend of purpose, strategy and execution, with the rare opportunity to be part of a historic expansion in senior living

Pay Range: $135,000 - $155,000 annually

Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 30%

  • Lead with strategy and insight. Develop and execute sales and growth strategies that respond to market conditions, competitive dynamics, and organizational priorities.

  • Partner across the organization. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance to align pricing, incentives, campaigns, and revenue strategy.

  • Drive continuous improvement. Optimize sales velocity, reduce cycle time, and improve cost per lead and cost per move-in through disciplined execution.

  • Lead with purpose. Support older adults and their families during one of life’s most important transitions, within a community grounded in respect, integrity, and stewardship.
